Private, founder- and employee-owned
Summarum Media Oy is wholly owned by the people who built it — its founders and current employees. The Company has never raised outside capital and has no institutional, venture-capital or private-equity shareholders. Shares occasionally change hands directly between shareholders, but this is arranged privately rather than through any stock exchange or similar marketplace, so there is no official share price or listing to quote.
At the end of June 2026, the Company had 6 registered shareholders.
